SAUCE

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups cream
  • Garlic
  • Spices

Warm butter and heavy cream, about 1/2 cup butter to 1 1/2 - 2 cups cream. Add minced or crushed garlic to taste, spices (salt, pepper, oregano, basil), and cook to simmering over low heat. Let simmer 5 minutes or so, until garlic is soft and flavor isn't too strong. Mix in about 1 cup of parmesan or similar cheese for 2 cups of cream. Serve when fully melted.
